Coach Schell began his career playing AAA in Saskatchewan, Canada before moving on to play four seasons with the Spokane Chiefs of the WHL. Schell was drafted by the Atlanta Thrashers and went on to play professionally for eleven years across North America and Europe. During his time with the Atlanta Gladiators in ECHL, Schell demonstrated exceptional scoring ability as he tallied 110 points across 63 games in the 2006–2007 season. Brad is entering his 10th season of coaching at the AA & AAA level in the Atlanta area. Brad and his wife reside in Hoschton, GA, with their two sons, Ryder and Gavin.
